Sorry that I can't remember actual figures, but our contract with Sophos was very reasonable.
I think our contract was for 1 server (Linux, AIX) for every X desktops. Actually although we have over 100 Win9X boxes, we only have sophos on our Mail server/gateway Linux box. I'm quite happy with our setup. However, I have been told by many vendors - including I think Sophos - to not rely on just one scanner but to have at least two. Many of the big boys use about four different scanners.
