Thanks all...

I can't find this file /etc/HOSTNAME in one of my machine, it is
important???
Once I update the following files, do I need to restart certain services?
what are the services need to restart? or do i need to reboot?

/etc/HOSTNAME
/etc/sysconfig/network
/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0
