I checked that out and the scsi card does recognize both the HD and the
tape drive during POST.  Its even listed in the /proc/scsi/0 file. Which
is weird since isn't that supposed to be named /proc/scsi/scsi. So the
system seems to see it but just isn't configured correctly.

I know I'm supposed to like scsi but man do I feel a drinking binge
coming on.
