You only need to post your message once. Posting it multiple times as you 
did is spam. You aren't going to get an immediate response, especially 
since this list is based in the USA where it's the middle of the night 
right now. So keep your shirt on :)

The way my resolv.conf is set up is:

search dns.host.com dns2.host.com
nameserver 1.2.3.4
nameserver 4.3.2.1

Basically, the search line should contain the DNS entries of the IP 
addresses on the nameserver line(s). So based on the info you provided, 
I'd give the following a try:

search ns.sun.com
nameserver 62.3.23.3
nameserver 192.9.9.3
