There are many third party programs, i.e., Exceed, ViewNow, that can use XDMCP
on a windows platform.  I personally use ViewNow.  You can have as many people
connect as you want.  I have used Gnome with both of these packages and
KDE with the ViewNow.  There are some minor changes you will have to make to
your Linux system.  This is a good link to follow:
