I'm afraid I'm so far away from the teaching days that anything I'd
point you to would be sadly out of date. I'd gladly spend a bit of
time figuring something out for you, but it seems my mother is dying
from what was to be relatively minor elective surgery, so I'm going to
be taking a very impromptu trip to Houston, Texas tomorrow.
If this is still an issue when I get back, I'll be quite willing to
track down some relevant texts.
