This may or may not be germane, but Jeff Stedfast of Spruce fame is now
working on Evolution, the up-and-coming Gnome mailer. FWIW, I have
Spruce 0.7.5 and it still works fine for me on my RH7 box (when I'm not
in Evo or one of my other 3 or 4 mailers...).
