Maybe it is not spoofed. Maybe just a co-incidence. It probably is
somebody else on the local subnet that is leaking internal LAN traffic
out. There has been all manner of private IP's visible here in a
similar setup. But, as someone suggested, you should block all such
traffic, both in and out, and then not to worry.
