how get up ma lunix partition?

Hi all,

I need your help.
I installed new hard disk (Drive C) as master, my linux partition is in my
old disk (Drive D) who is slave, in the drive C i installed Windows98, so
my question is how get up my linux partition to get my box dual reboot as
it was in the past?
