The PS/2 mouse is on IRQ 12 and there are no other devices using
IRQ 12.  There is only a 10/100 NIC and AGP video card in this
computer and I disabled the COMx/LPTx and USB ports in the computer
as I am not needing them.

I am not sure what is causing this problem, but I have been working
on this problem for two days now without finding a solution.  There
is something causing this problem, I just sure like to know what it
is so I can correct it.
