Printtool will do a nice job of setting up your /etc/printcap and
filters on your server. It will set up printing to remote printers. To
enable printing from Windows machines, you have a couple of choises.
Probably the simplest is to set up Samba on the server, and set up
printer shares. There is also software for Windows machines to use lpr
style print servers, but it is usualy more work to set it up on the
different machines, then it is to set up one server.
If you look through the HOWTO's you will also find information on how to
set up printers... I do not have the specific HOWTO names handy at the
moment...
