I don't know how tied you are to sendmail, but the anti-spam features
in postfix are really, really nice. You can reject mail on any header
or body content. My personal favorite:
/^Content-Type:.*charset.*big5/ Reject
Frees me from all the Chinese spam I used to get, that I couldn't read
even if I was inclined to.
