Unless you only get your mail from a specific mail server, IP chains is
not the correct tool to fix your problem. Sendmail has configuration
options for controlling who can relay mail, as well as Spam filtering
options. You should probably pay a visit to http://www.moongroup.com
and look in the mail help section. You will find a lot of help on
setting up a mail server, as well as sample config files. It is much
better to learn how the settings work, instead of someone giving you a
setup that will work now, but that you have no idea on how to modify it
when your needs change.
Now, if you use something like Fetchmail to get all your mail from your
ISP, then you can use your firewall to block any connections to port 25
that are not initiated by your mail server...
