There is a little more consideration than just that.  What is the size of
the pipe between the networks?  Will they be accessing data on the remote
network as well?  You might be better off setting up NT Terminal Server or
using PC Anywhere than using a VPN.  Also, are the Linux boxes going to be
the only ones making the connection or will you be required to allow people
to take their Windows notebooks home and connect to the VPN as well?

Hi all,

I have no clue with all this VPN stuff and am looking for a good place to
start so I was hoping that you guys could help. My job is to set up a VPN
between 2 linux boxes that will allow the Winblows boxes from Network#1 to
run apps off the server at Network#2. Is this possible? If it is what
software do I need?
