Jack:

This has been noted before as a problem with 3com cards and
I am sure others but I bet they are in fact sharing IRQ's
and if they can not be manually changed via a jumper then
possibly a utility from the manufactures site may be your
answer. 3com has a utility that changes IRQ in DOS and I bet
tulip cards should do the same.
