You need to upgrade. The Redhat errata from November 2000 was for an upgrade
to BIND 8.2.2-P7. This is an entirely new issue, and you should upgrade to
BIND 8.2.3 immediately.

Read this: http://www.cert.org/advisories/CA-2001-02.html, then get an RPM
upgrade, or compile a new binary yourself.
