.Actually the kernel rpm was on the cdrom, I
downloaded them with
a different machine. When I woke up this morning I
realized the
errors were proably related to the cd drive rather than
to the new
kernel install. Hopefully that means I can ignore the
whole thing
and finish installing all my updates.
