There's so much info on the net, and much of it is contradictary, that I
need to make sure of a few facts.
Is APM compiled into the 2.2.16-22 kernel? If so what do I need to do to use
it?
Thanks

Subject: compiling for laptop
I need to recomile the kernel to add support for my laptop's APM features.
Can anyone give me a step by step on this or point me to a concise tutorial.
I finid all the howtos very obtuse.
