I have understood this is your setup. I told you to try the setup I suggested, to see if you can use mutliple addresses in this setup. This as an illustration of what Bret and I try to tell you. You probably need to ask your ISP to add your linux machine in their router tables if you want to use your setup through the router/firewall. If you want to try the setup I suggest you could try connecting multiple machines to the HDSL using a hub. See if that works, just as an illustration.
