Hey guys. I remember I read somewhere that you can e-mail root for any login attempt. this was done by editing /etc/inetd.conf . how can it be done? can it be done with xinetd?. I have web servers that only I maintain and want to be alerted for any login attempts. I'm using Logcheck now but I need something much faster and that will work in real time and will alert me for any login of any user.
