There is no inetd.conf in Guinness/RH7.
This has, however, been covered on the Guinness list, and I thought it had
been covered, here.
What he needs to do, for now, is to backlevel to tftp-server 0.16. TFTP
puts are broken in 0.17, which is the version shipped in RH7.
