It depends on the kind of ODBC support FileMaker offers.
If FileMaker provides ODBC drivers, then you can connect your FileMaker
tables into MS Access along with your MySQL tables.
If FileMaker provides full ODBC application support, it should be able to
connect your MySQL tables using the same ODBC driver and configuration
that you use with MS Access (on Windows at least).
I should point out that the Macintosh ODBC implementation is really poorly
done and ages behind the Windows interface. Even if you can manage to
find (or build) the MySQL ODBC drivers for a Mac, I'm not sure if it would
work. My recommendation would be to investigate Java JDBC solutions or web
based solutions for Mac users.
