I don't know about Red Hat 7, but if you're running Red Hat 6.2... yes,
you have been using tcpd although perhaps you didn't know. Take a look
at the "/etc/inetd.conf" file, and you will notice that quite a few
services are spawned via "/usr/sbin/tcpd" to allow you to use the
TCP_WRAPPERS functionality.
