Hello Deependra,

Seeing the reactions Windows 2000 seems to be not that picky that another OS
is already installed. I recently reinstalled an OEM version of Windows 98 SE.
It would refuse to install because another OS was already installed.
I hope you won't have this problem. The only way I could get this version
installed was after hiding the partitions manually.
What I did was making a backup copy of the MBR including the partition table,
then erasing all but the first partition in the partition table and installing
98. After the installation I restored the partition table from backup.
Although this certainly works (as long as you don't repartition before or
during the install) it is a rather dangerous procedure. Let's hope that the
version of 2000 you are installing is not that stubborn, so you won't have to
proceed like I did.

                                        Good luck,

                                        Leonard.
