So skip it. I upgraded by desktop machine at home and I couldn't be
happier. Gnome is even better, a lot of things seem smoother. The USB
support has been flawless so far and not a thing broke. I'm continually
amazed that old RPMs meant for 5.x or 6.x work. I guess the upgrade leaves
the old clib.
I'll wait to upgrade my servers here at work, however.
