No, it is not SPAM. It is fully legitimate, and each recipient is a client
who has asked to recieve this message. I need to to schedule it from a
cron job to send out every Monday morning to remind them to file their
reports from the previous week.
Although I understand your concern, please don't get a war started against
me from false accusations.
