It's unique and does have redeeming qualities, but specific incidences
with alternative uses do have drawbacks.

Any file found with the user and group name mismatched against the
authorized user of the account.  If it's root -- it expands to all the
files in $PATH and administration directories.

It's a good place to start and might be easier to trace if it's using
the standard bit changing commands.
