When *I* tried it it wasn't available. I had to download a
BUTTLOAD of stuff in order to get it to compile. The
version I have right now is 2.2.0p1-1.src.rpm and
p1-2.src.rpm. I had to satisfy a WHOLE bunch of
dependencies, IIRC, that aren't there for SSH from ssh.com.
According to the ssh list, scp was NOT included in that
version of OpenSSH.
