I've been asked whether we can host some pages and CGI for research purposes that will be written in "Simplified Chinese". I don't know the first thing about hosting data using non-English character sets... But it seems to be more a browser-side issue than a server-side issue. Am I correct? Or would I need to modify the server (a stock RH RPM install, I think)?
