Sounds familiar....

I've bought my 1st computer (Atari 400) in 1982...

Bought my 1st IBM clone (386sx) in 1991...

People used to come to me to have their machines tweaked...
Heck, I used that 386sx until 3 years ago.

Got rid of it at the same time as my 2 8086 (IBM Citations), but I think I
still have 2 286 MoBo's laying around, and at least 3 386 MoBo's, too...

Been programming since 1982 (TRS-80 Basic, then)... Using LINUX since
1993/4 (Slackware)...

Things have evolved alot, tho, and while I'm still reasonably current on
my hardware (I'm an electrical/electronics engineer), my software
skills have fallen behind from lack of use. I can write decent
DOS/Linux programs, but X and Windows are killing me (Trying to learn)

Problem is, there's just not time enough to do/learn everything I want :(

Lesson to all you kiddies out there -> _NEVER_ get married! It takes up
all your free time & money!
