Hmm...either a blank CDR/RW disk or no disk at all typically. OR, in
worst-case scenario, you need to buy a new CD-ROM drive. At best, it
may be that your cd drive doesn't like CDR/RW media and is giving a
false report like that. For giggles, go and pick up a CDROM drive
cleaning kit and see if that fixes it.
