Hi all,

Trying to get the tftp server running on RH6.2, but something's not
quite right. First, I uncommented the line in inetd.conf, restarted
inet. Poked a hole in ipchains to let it through on port 69 UDP. Did a
netstat -l and it showed that it was listening on UDP 69. I touched a
file named cisco in /tftpboot dir, and set 666 permissions. Tried to
upload a Cisco router config to my box, and got this message on the
Cisco:

Error opening tftp://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/ (Unknown Error) [Failed]

In /var/log/messages, it shows:

Aug 9 16:10:40 sputnik tftpd[4830]: tftpd: trying to get file:
krny_2620_cfg
Aug 9 16:10:40 sputnik tftpd[4830]: tftpd: serving file from /tftpboot

Any ideas????

Justin
