If you mean for single user, just use netscape. If you mean for multiples
uers, try leafnode. It downloads only the groups to which users are
subscribed, stops downloading after a configurable period of not being
read, can have different timeouts for different groups, etc.

You can find it on metalab, freshmeat, linuxberg, appwatch, icewalkers, and
a whole lotta other sites.
