You won't, at least not soon. RH isn't including any cryto stuff in
their distributions.

That said, start your search at http://www.openssh.com/,
http://www.openssl.org/ and http://www.rpmfind.net/ 

You will want to find the openssl and openssh source RPMS, and compile
them yourself. You generally don't want to use security binaries
compiled by someone else...
