You can try here... http://twig.screwdriver.net Can do almost anything.

Can't help, hope someone else can. With sendmail I usually just add prefixes
to the local user and map them to what people want for real addresses. There
may be something similar but I don't use cyrus.

A lot of mail clients do support IMAP now. At least those you just mentioned.
