Depending on the SSH cliend program you ar running on windows, it can be
easy or hard. If you run a client that will forward X connection, and you
have the ssh server on your Linux box configured allow this, then you just
start up the X server on your windows box, ssh to the Linux box, and start
the X program from the command line. If you are running an X server on
the windows machine that doesn't run a windows manager, you can start your
favorite windows manager on the Linux box...

F-secure will forward X connections. PuTTY does not. I am not sure about
other windows ssh clients.
