Usualy you are stuck using the dos tools that come with the card to set
it, but you can try io=0x330 irq=3. If my memory serves me right, these
are the default ne2000 card values. You can also try io=0x300, 0x310,
0x320, and irq of 2 or 9 as well as 3. If all else fails, boot up with a
DOS floppy, and run the diagnostic tools on the driver disk and set the
card to the IO and IRQ you would like to use. I do not like using IRQ 3
for the network card because of the conflict with the second COM port.
