You must have rased the detail level of LogWatch.  These don't show up
with it set to Low, but do with it set to Med.  The messages are from Cron
checking the /etc/cron.daily and /etc/cron.hourly directories to see if it
has to run any programs in them.  As you might expect from the names, any
programs or executable scripts in cron.hourly will be run once each hour,
and the ones in cron.daily run once per day.  There are also a cron.weekly
and cron.monthly that you will see mesages about once a week and once a
month...
