Another manual method if you have a scientific calculator that will do
dec>hex conversions, but most likely longer than Bernhard's example.
original: 3454552827
converted to hex: CDE84AFB
Split at octets: CD E8 4A FB
conver each to dec: 205 232 074 251
Final IP: 205.232.74.251
Thanks for the example in binary as I had never seen this done without the
hex conversions.
