No, but somebody with physical access could REINSTALL NT without destroying
any "sensitive" data. This is an old debate which seems to boil down to a single point 
: physical access is insecure access. period.

Some very funny stories were told even about machines that didn't have any 
cdrom/floppy, reset button or even shell but the guy could still send himselfs an 
email ... with an executable which would start automatically and create a shell.
