Eric,
Go to http://maps.vix.com/ and read about adding filters to your
mail server. The filter that blocks most dialup IPs would filter this one
out, along with a lot of other SPAM! About the only down side of this is
that anyone wanting to send mail to your system from a dialup account
would have to use their ISP's mail server, but with more systems filtering
this way all the time, they should send mail that way anyway. If they are
a Windows user, they will be doing this anyway.
You may want to look at some of the other filtering also. Offer
your users a value added service of more strigent SPAM filtering using the
relay list, etc. It is worth looking into!
