sendmaail 8.10.1-0.2

Hey all...

I got a complaint about my machine being an open relay, & a suggestoin was
to download the newest sendmail & set it up...  Well, I downloaded
v8.10.1-0.2 from ftp://admin.netus.com/sendmail/ - let me tell you, it looks
a heck of a lot different at the moment!  Has anyone got this up & working,
& if so, could you please tell me how to do it myself?
