I haven't heard of "rpmspec.in" yet (where did you find that?), but in
my experience, most *.in files are files which will be changed
automatically by some configuration process. Very often, they look like
the finished file, except for a few specific strings in them which will
get replaced with the correct values during said configuration process.
Hence, I'd be careful when trying to use such a file - make sure it does
what you think it does...
