It is a document that I wrote. It uses netcf, linuxconf and X. Please
note that it doesn't use the GNOME dialer, wvdial or kppp and has been
known to work for Redhat 5.0 upwards and many of the ther RedHat based
distros such as Mandrake or Turbo Linux.
