I have been trying to activate my soundblaster card after installing
RedHat 6.1 so I put some details into /etc/conf.modules (see
attachments) and I used pnpdump in order to get /etc/isapnp.conf, and
after some config changes I got sound from the speakers. But, whenever I
boot the system, I get:
Loading sound module {OK}
Loading midi module can't locate module midi {FAILED}
Interesting is that I have this midi module loaded also {OK} some time
ago. But, after some other reasons I had to re-install RedHat. Before
doing that, I have put on paper details from /etc/conf.modules and
/etc/isapnp.conf in order to make proper new configuration. It looks I
missed something there.
Any suggestion regarding this problem?
