The following points may help:
1. Try to use "fdisk" instead of "disk draid"
   during your installation. "fdisk" allows
you to partition your hard disk to up to
   4 primary partitions.
2. The best idea for installing RH6.2 might be
   to create 3 primary partitions:
    / aroud 1.6GB
    /swap 128MB
    /home the rest
Note:for installing every package, around 1.2GB of your "/"
  partition will be used.
3. You might need reinstallation. When you reinstall, you need
to install LILO in MBR of your hard disk.

Good luck!

Hi Admins,

Finally I installed Red Hat Linux 6.2, But now the
problem is that it does not boot without the boot
disk.
How do I install the boot program (LILO) in the
system, SO that I do not have to use the boot disk
every time I start Linux.

2. While I was installing red hat linux 6.2 it doesn't
allow me to create the / (root file system) more than
1 gig. But I am trying to installed everthing from the
cd, it says that the disk space is not sufficient. I
also created file system like /opt, /var. How can I
Install the complete package.

thanks in adv. /Bpandey
