Strangely under RH 6.1 (with both 2.2.12-20 and 2.2.4-6.0.1 Kernels), the
VFAT Timestamps are correct!  If NOT a kernel issue, might this relate to
the Timezone Support included in GLIBC (2.1.2-11 .vs. 2.1.3-15), [if
timezone related]???
