Hey Steve,
The way I have done it in the past is to use Custom Install, and not
select any 'groups', ie Networked Workstation, etc. Make sure to mark
select Packages Individually. That will give you as bare bones as Redhat
gets. You'll want to select a few packages for sure, like netkit and such,
but at that point you are in control.
I've gotten an 80 MB install of RH6.2 this way, IIRC.
