Have a look on Redhats site for a list of "officially supported hardware"
, but I can tell you I have not had any hardware issues generally
ie , you will have problems with winmodems, some zip drives, and some NICs
/ vid cards, but on the whole most hardware works fine
I would say go for it, I never even think about hardware problems unless I
actally have one ;-)
