Do you have a LAN? If so, I'd try to do an ftp installation.

(Done that several times, to get my old 486s running. Wouldn't want to
spend money on CD-ROMs for those, but they do serve well in my LAN.)

To do an ftp install you'll have to start by booting from the 'bootnet'
diskette. If you don't have this diskette you'll have to run
/RedHat/dosutils/rawrite using the /RedHat/images/bootnet.img image.
(Reservation for any typos there. I'm currently at work == NT. :-()
